Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Specialist will focus on recruiting, employee experience, and HR operations while working remotely to enhance workplace culture and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support recruiting efforts across the organization, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR operations and compliance, maintaining employee records and assisting with benefits enrollment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Breezy HR) is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
