Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process for clinicians and behavior technicians, collaborating with operations and scheduling teams while working in a hybrid environment with some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely across teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
• Create, manage, and close job postings across various hiring platforms
• Conduct candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed (required)
• Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting BCBAs and filling additional ABA roles
• Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated while collaborating as part of an in-office team
