Job Summary
To support a fast-scaling online coaching and personal development company, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on high-volume recruiting, outbound sourcing, and building a robust recruiting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted outbound outreach and creative sourcing across multiple channels
- Conduct a high volume of screening interviews and produce clear candidate recommendations to facilitate quick hiring decisions
- Own candidate communication throughout the hiring process and partner with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months of experience in a high-volume recruiting function, preferably with agency or staffing background
- Proven experience in outbound sourcing and building candidate pipelines through cold outreach
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with full-cycle screening experience
- Strong consultative skills for taking hiring briefs and managing searches independently
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, is a plus
