Job Summary
Coordinating internship placements for nursing students and global nurses, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will build relationships with educational institutions and local teams while managing candidate pipelines and improving processes.
Key responsibilities
- Place student interns and global nurses in specific markets on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with Facility Administrators and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify and resolve placement barriers
- Analyze program performance using data to drive strategy and improve processes
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of work experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and resolve issues
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
