Job Summary
Managing post-selection hiring operations, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will optimize high-volume recruiting processes, including offer development and pre-employment screening, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end post-selection hiring workflows and prioritize candidate pipelines to maintain hiring velocity
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring compliance with approved parameters and addressing candidate inquiries
- Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment screenings, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or hiring support
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, transactional environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Comfort working in HR systems; Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred
