Job Summary
To support community health initiatives, the contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will remotely source, recruit, and onboard frontline community health professionals while collaborating with HR and hiring managers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and screen candidates for community health roles, managing applicant pipelines and job listings
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process from offer acceptance to Day 1
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Prior recruiting experience in healthcare, community health, or social services roles
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and strong data hygiene practices
