Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will manage recruiting efforts, onboarding activities, and employee lifecycle processes while fostering strong relationships and enhancing the candidate and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates and conduct initial screenings for various roles, ensuring efficient communication throughout the recruiting process
- Support onboarding coordination and maintain employee records, documentation, and process workflows
- Collaborate with the Talent & Recruiting Manager and VP of Human Resources to strengthen recruiting and HR operations
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or HR software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in effective communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
