Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruitment in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support job posting and sourcing strategies across various platforms
• Track and report on candidate pipelines using ATS tools, ensuring data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; HR or business-related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and high-volume recruiting practices
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms, with Paycom experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and compliance processes
