Job Summary
Collaborating with company leadership, the remote Corporate Recruiter will develop and implement national talent recruitment strategies while managing the full-cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Shared Services stakeholders
- Identify and engage top talent in the education industry through various sourcing methods
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high level of service for hiring managers and candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience with major applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience in high growth, high-volume recruiting environments
- Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws across the United States
