Job Summary

Collaborating with company leadership, the remote Corporate Recruiter will develop and implement national talent recruitment strategies while managing the full-cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Shared Services stakeholders
  • Identify and engage top talent in the education industry through various sourcing methods
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high level of service for hiring managers and candidates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience with major applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience in high growth, high-volume recruiting environments
  • Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws across the United States
