Job Summary
Leading full cycle recruitment efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, attract, screen, and onboard top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute staffing plans in collaboration with hiring managers to meet future business needs
- Utilize various sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process from job advertisement to onboarding
- Track candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment efforts
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
- Associate's Degree in Human Services, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employment information with discretion
