Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the remote or hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices, focusing on building relationships with hiring managers and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Prior experience recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for administrative or business services roles preferred
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus
