Job Summary
Contracted to full-time, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers while contributing to the development of AI-powered workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for multiple active requisitions
- Conduct sourcing and outreach to build qualified candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
- Maintain and update the ATS to ensure data integrity and manage recruiting metrics for performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proficiency with an ATS and strong data hygiene practices
- Hands-on experience conducting phone and video screens to assess candidate fit
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high candidate experience
