Job Summary
Supporting the hiring for care teams, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Associate will manage job postings, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interview logistics while ensuring a welcoming candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a thoughtful candidate experience with a focus on inclusive screening and interview practices
- Coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities for Carepod staffing roles, including scheduling and communication with candidates
- Develop warm candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management across states
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or direct patient care
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
