Job Summary

To support the charge in growing teams, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full cycle recruitment process, coordinate candidate interactions, and build talent pipelines across multiple operating companies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviewing, assessment, selection, and onboarding
  • Coordinate resume distribution, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent gaps and adjust recruiting plans accordingly
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Experience with applicant tracking software
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
