Job Summary
Proactive and data-driven, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, and leverage analytics to enhance the hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies
- Track and report recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
- Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes
- Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions
- Must have worked with Product-Based companies
