Seeking a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, the successful candidate will develop strategic sourcing approaches to attract top technical talent, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development experts
  • Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to drive strategic growth of the technical talent community
  • Monitor and maintain a stable pipeline of candidates while implementing process improvements and meeting KPIs
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced features for candidate outreach
  • Thorough understanding of global talent sourcing strategies
  • Strong ability to identify and assess top talent in the software development field
