Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing top talent for IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing while also being flexible to assist across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Tech & Creative Pipeline by building and executing innovative sourcing strategies
- Act as a Utility Player to support hiring initiatives across multiple business units as needed
- Deliver an unmatched candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant recruiting experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of executing diverse recruitment strategies across technical or creative functions
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Professional certifications like RACR, PHR, or SHRM are advantageous
