Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing top talent for IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing while also being flexible to assist across various business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Tech & Creative Pipeline by building and executing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Act as a Utility Player to support hiring initiatives across multiple business units as needed
  • Deliver an unmatched candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant recruiting experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of executing diverse recruitment strategies across technical or creative functions
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus
  • Professional certifications like RACR, PHR, or SHRM are advantageous
