Job Summary
Seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote contract position, responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates in the life sciences consulting sector while maintaining accurate records in recruiting systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outreach to candidates through various platforms and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize engagement
- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Two to three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in life sciences or consulting roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Zoho Recruit
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable conducting outreach through various digital communication channels
