Job Summary

Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on end-to-end recruitment for WordPress Engineering roles, specializing in sourcing and closing talent across global markets, particularly in the USA and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process for Mid to Senior level WordPress Engineering roles
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and community outreach
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience
• Demonstrated experience hiring WordPress Engineers or similar software engineering talent
• Experience recruiting across the USA, Europe, and Asia markets
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior technical candidates
