Job Summary

Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on end-to-end recruitment for WordPress Engineering roles, including sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across the South US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Mid to Senior level WordPress Engineering roles
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and niche communities
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical interviewers

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in software engineering
• Experience recruiting across USA, Europe, and Asia markets
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and community sourcing techniques
• Proven track record of closing senior technical candidates
• Ability to work independently and drive hiring outcomes
