Job Summary
To support a fast-scaling online coaching and personal development company, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, including outbound sourcing, screening interviews, and building an effective recruiting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted outbound outreach and creative sourcing across multiple channels
- Conduct a high volume of screening interviews, providing clear candidate write-ups and moving qualified candidates through the hiring process efficiently
- Own candidate communication and onboarding processes while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and meet hiring targets
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months of experience in a high-volume recruiting function, preferably with agency or staffing background
- Proven experience in outbound sourcing and building candidate pipelines through cold outreach
- Native-level English fluency, both written and verbal
- Experience with full-cycle screening and producing concise candidate write-ups
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and an ATS, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Workable, is a plus
