Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will build relationships with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and conduct interviews, focusing on specialized skills in AI and Product Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and align recruitment efforts with departmental needs
- Source, pipeline, and screen resumes while conducting structured interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
- Manage candidate communication through the ATS and represent the company at recruitment events to enhance brand visibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting with a focus on demonstrated success
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, particularly Greenhouse and UKG
