Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and connect mission-driven professionals with impactful work.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and operational positions aligned with the organization's mission
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on candidate assessment and maintaining search timelines
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience recruiting for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment roles is a strong plus
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to find passive candidates
  • Proficiency with ATS and HCM systems
  • Bachelor's degree required
