Job Summary

To support the organization's talent acquisition life cycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes while collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage requisitions and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes to enhance the candidate experience
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and maintain recruitment reports to monitor hiring activity and talent acquisition goals
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of recruiting experience or 5-7 years of human resources experience focused on full-cycle recruitment
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media, job placement agencies, and online job search engines for recruitment
  • Moderate experience in recruiting for specialized positions and knowledge of employment laws and compliance issues
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Paycom knowledge being a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple projects
