Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical roles while ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for new team members.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
- Deliver an empathetic candidate experience, including regular check-ins and support during the onboarding transition
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical roles within healthcare technology or services
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare labor markets, credentialing expectations, and state licensure requirements
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions and closing difficult-to-fill roles
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
