Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and data-driven Talent Acquisition Program Specialist, this full-time hybrid role will manage internal transfer processes and contingent workforce programs while leading complex talent acquisition projects and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the internal mobility lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and strategies for internal candidates
- Collaborate with the Master Service Provider on enhancing the contingent workforce program, maintaining operational continuity and data integrity
- Drive process optimization and implement new tools while producing accurate reports and analyzing data trends from the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR Operations, with a focus on managing high-volume candidate pipelines
- Proven project management expertise in executing end-to-end projects such as tool integrations and hiring events
- Proficiency in productivity software and project trackers, including Jira and Google Workspace, with strong capabilities in modern Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt styles for various stakeholders, including technical contributors and executives
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset to navigate changing business needs and operational challenges
