Job Summary

Experienced in global recruitment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes for WordPress Engineers, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across the South US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Mid to Senior level WordPress Engineering roles
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and niche communities
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified WordPress talent

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in software engineering
• Demonstrated experience in hiring across USA, Europe, and Asia markets
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and talent mapping techniques
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior technical candidates
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
