Job Summary
To support nationwide recruiting efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging various talent acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessments, and generating offer letters
- Build and maintain relationships with trade schools and other talent pipelines to attract diverse candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in HVAC/R, construction, or skilled trades
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Solid knowledge of basic HR laws and regulations related to the hiring process
- Willingness for occasional travel for branch visits and recruitment events
