Job Summary
Leading the Engineering University Program, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end experience for interns, apprentices, and new graduates, focusing on program design, execution, and continuous improvement while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute Affirm's Engineering University Programs, enhancing the experience for early-career talent
- Deliver engaging programming and development opportunities while ensuring seamless participant experiences
- Utilize feedback and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive program success year over year
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in talent or university recruiting
- Experience in designing and managing university talent programs, including internships and early-career development
- Proven ability to create exceptional participant experiences through collaboration and feedback
- Passion for fostering diverse and inclusive talent programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
