Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process for hourly talent, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and implementing a diverse hiring strategy while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, and managing interview logistics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate expectations and ensure staffing needs are met
- Develop and implement end-to-end hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to analyze and organize significant amounts of information
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in implementing workforce diversity recruiting strategies
