Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process for hourly talent, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and implementing a diverse hiring strategy while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, and managing interview logistics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate expectations and ensure staffing needs are met
• Develop and implement end-to-end hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven ability to analyze and organize significant amounts of information
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in implementing workforce diversity recruiting strategies
