Working fully remote, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process for hourly talent, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and implementing a diverse hiring strategy while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, and managing interview logistics
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate expectations and ensure staffing needs are met

Required qualifications
