Job Summary
To support a fast-scaling online coaching and personal development company, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building an outbound recruiting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted outbound outreach and creative sourcing across multiple channels
- Conduct a high volume of screening interviews and produce clear candidate write-ups to facilitate quick hiring decisions
- Own candidate communication throughout the hiring process and partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and meet hiring targets
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months in a high-volume recruiting role, preferably with agency or staffing experience
- Proven ability in outbound sourcing and building candidate pipelines through cold outreach
- Native-level English fluency, both written and verbal
- Experience in full-cycle screening and producing candidate evaluations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with minimal supervision
