Job Summary
To support emergency management initiatives, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, attract, and recruit top talent while managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote work environment for approximately 10 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Execute talent acquisition strategies to meet immediate hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and high-volume recruiting
- 1+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Proven experience working in government or disaster response sectors is preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa
