Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time Headhunter will focus on sourcing, engaging, and screening top talent remotely to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, OLJ, and Facebook, employing advanced search techniques
- Engage with potential candidates through outreach messages, tracking responses and maintaining organized conversations
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills and fit, passing qualified candidates to the Recruiter for interviews
Required qualifications
- Strong sourcing skills on various platforms, including LinkedIn and OLJ
- Proficient in English for effective communication with candidates
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with reaching out to a large number of candidates daily
- Creative in finding innovative ways to locate talent
