Job Summary

To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time Headhunter will focus on sourcing, engaging, and screening top talent remotely to fill roles efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, OLJ, and Facebook, employing advanced search techniques
• Engage with potential candidates through outreach messages, tracking responses and maintaining organized conversations
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills and fit, passing qualified candidates to the Recruiter for interviews

Required qualifications

• Strong sourcing skills on various platforms, including LinkedIn and OLJ
• Proficient in English for effective communication with candidates
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable with reaching out to a large number of candidates daily
• Creative in finding innovative ways to locate talent
