Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner, the full-time position will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to organizational growth and culture in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement recruitment processes aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with department managers to develop job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Source and connect with candidates for diverse roles while analyzing recruiting KPIs for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments
• Experience managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Ability to handle 15+ open roles across various departments simultaneously
• Experience with national recruitment for remote and field positions
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
