Joining the Procare CONNECT team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on talent acquisition responsibilities, emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in candidate sourcing and selection
  • Address concerns promptly and identify opportunities for enhancements in recruitment strategies
  • Engage in action plans to overcome obstacles and improve overall talent acquisition outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, and CRM platforms
  • Experience in senior living preferred
