Job Summary
Joining the Procare CONNECT team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on talent acquisition responsibilities, emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in candidate sourcing and selection
- Address concerns promptly and identify opportunities for enhancements in recruitment strategies
- Engage in action plans to overcome obstacles and improve overall talent acquisition outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, and CRM platforms
- Experience in senior living preferred
