Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will focus on sourcing and recruiting independent contractors (linguists) globally, developing effective recruiting strategies, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors based on language requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications

Required qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines
• Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed
• Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
