Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, evaluate, and manage candidates for clinical and operational roles within a U.S.-based telehealth platform, ensuring compliance and a professional candidate experience while working aligned to U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience working for U.S.-based businesses
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates
- Experience with high-volume hiring
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory)
