Job Summary
To support full-cycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruiting process from intake through onboarding, collaborating with HR leaders and hiring managers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
- Source and engage diverse candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and presenting qualified candidates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
