Job Summary

To support full-cycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruiting process from intake through onboarding, collaborating with HR leaders and hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
  • Source and engage diverse candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience conducting candidate screenings and presenting qualified candidates
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
