Job Summary

Supporting recruitment operations for Product teams, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle hiring process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, gathering requirements and managing the recruitment funnel
  • Utilize sourcing tools and conduct candidate interviews to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview logistics
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and CRM platforms
  • Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or automated recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively
