Job Summary

To support management in streamlining the hiring process, the remote or onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, pre-screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding for a designated region.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform outreach activities to build candidate pipelines for seasonal hiring needs and formulate recruiting strategies with hiring managers
  • Advertise job vacancies and review applications to select top candidates for pre-screening
  • Facilitate the selection and onboarding process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding stages
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing background with networking skills to identify passive candidates
  • Experience recruiting for utility, power, or substation construction companies
  • Ability to conduct meaningful screening conversations beyond just matching resumes to job descriptions
