Job Summary
Joining a dynamic, fully remote team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor, L3) will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive talent strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for full-time roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting plans and assess candidate qualifications through behavioral interviews
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent, with at least 4 years of professional recruiting experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and upholding compliance standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
