Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and presenting job offers to candidates, while working remotely from Rochester, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies and manage candidate selection
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and interview qualified candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Experience in Engineering recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors
- Progressive knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment techniques
