Job Summary

To enhance the talent acquisition process, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify top candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
