Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist I will manage the administrative workflow of the recruiting process, from requisition approvals through new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiting process workflow, including job requisition approvals and onboarding activities
- Post and manage open positions on career sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate pre-employment background checks and maintain accurate candidate records within the system
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting Operations
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Dayforce
- Proficiency in Jira (Atlassian) or similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
