Job Summary

To support business goals, the full-time independent contractor Talent Advisor will source, attract, and hire top talent while developing creative sourcing strategies and building strong candidate pipelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent
• Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks

Required qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven ability to partner with leaders
• Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies
