Job Summary
To support business goals, the full-time independent contractor Talent Advisor will source, attract, and hire top talent while developing creative sourcing strategies and building strong candidate pipelines in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven ability to partner with leaders
- Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, technology, and techniques
