Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruitment activities, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist III will drive hiring strategies, partner with business leaders, and mentor recruiting team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and geographic regions
- Conduct interviews for leadership and strategic positions while collaborating with hiring managers
- Monitor and improve recruiting KPIs to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leading complex hiring programs
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, technical, professional, and leadership hiring initiatives
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and workforce planning
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers
