Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will manage recruiting operations, coordinate the interview process, and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while enhancing the efficiency of talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring data accuracy and performing routine audits
• Conduct talent market research to build targeted lists of family law attorneys and support recruiting projects

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment is preferred
• Familiarity with legal directories and bar associations is preferred
