Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will manage recruiting operations, coordinate the interview process, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while enhancing the efficiency of the recruiting function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications from phone screening to final interviews
• Maintain and audit the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Research and build targeted talent lists for family law attorneys through various legal directories and professional organizations

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Zoom conferencing technology
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment is preferred
• Familiarity with legal directories and bar associations is a plus
