Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will manage recruiting operations, coordinate the interview process, and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while enhancing the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain and audit the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and support reporting accuracy
• Conduct talent market research to build targeted talent lists and assist in recruiting projects and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with Adobe and Zoom conferencing technology
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred
• Knowledge of legal directories and bar associations is a plus
