Job Summary

To accelerate the hiring of new talent, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the selection process while ensuring a strong pipeline across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and clarify selection procedures
• Source candidates through online channels and manage the interview process to enhance candidate experience

• Experience in recruiting for diverse roles within organizations
• Proficiency in utilizing social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
